Refund policy

You approve your child's cartoon portrait before we draw the book. If it doesn't look like them after up to three tries, tap “Get a full refund” on the portrait page — the money goes back to your card automatically, usually within 5–10 days.

Something else went wrong? Email hello@doodleherokids.com with your order email and we'll fix it or refund you.
