Who we are

Doodle Hero Kids is operated by [legal name, address, Poland]. Contact: hello@doodleherokids.com.

What we collect

Your email address; payment details are processed by Stripe and never reach us. The photo of your child that you upload, the child's first name if you give it, and the images we generate from them.

Why and on what basis

To create the coloring book you ordered (performance of a contract) and, for the child's photo, your explicit consent as parent or legal guardian, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Original photos: deleted automatically within 24 hours after upload. Portraits and finished books: deleted 30 days after purchase. Order records: as long as tax law requires.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails) and our image-generation provider [OpenAI / Google], under data processing agreements and with no training on your data. Some providers are in the USA; transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Email hello@doodleherokids.com.

Children

This service is for parents and guardians, not for children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children.
